Variety of breakfast items, including hot. Love having the extra room with mini fridge, desk, couch Breakfast staff were wonderful Housekeeping staff were VERY friendly and helpful Nite front desk staff was cheery and helpful in correcting our bill.

The bedroom was large with an additional seating and study area. Everything was immaculately clean. Plenty of car parking space. Hot and cold breakfast. Staff were great.

Staff was very helpful. We got 6 sheets/towels for 6 people booking which is unusual for Hyatt Place – we always have to ask reception and wait forever. I also changed car and there was no problem to get new parking tag. Overall good.

Breakfast exceeded expectations, and the staff that served the meal were very kind. The rooms were exceptionally clean, thank you to the housekeeping staff. The location was out of downtown, and near some great food options and a grocery store. We left in the early morning, and the night auditor found us some breakfast foods. Felt like a safe area, and felt like car was safe. Although, I don't think I would let my wife or daughters go for a walk alone in that area.

Very convenient to Boston. Parking in the lower parking garage or the back parking lot was convenient and plentiful. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Close to many types of dining spots from quick eats to fine dining. Fairly close to the T.

The breakfast buffet was amazing so much more than I expected and the food itself was delicious. The staff was so friendly, kind, generous and accommodated everything I needed including being a friend. 😁

The head worker for the kitchen was exceptional. She was kind, and helpful! I came in late to eat breakfast and i appreciated her willingness to bring me some food that was already being put away.

Overall the hotel met our expectations, the staff were very welcoming and helpful and the room was very spacious. We were travelling as a group of five adults, so we had two double beds, a sofa bed, kitchenette and one bathroom. We only stayed one night and the room was fine for us, the breakfast was compact but there was plenty of variety and the woman running breakfast was so friendly and welcoming, it was a lovely start to the day. Really appreciated the 24/7 access to tea and coffee!

We had a great stay, and we used the bus, train and uber to travel into Boston. We were very impressed with the accessibility in all our transportation needs! Staff were friendly and fantastic! Very helpful!
